The surgeon

Trust your face into caring hands.

Greg has dedicated his entire medical career to facial surgery and optimisation of outcomes. From completing his PhD in scarring to discovering ligaments that have never been described before, his work is detail-oriented, thorough and always aiming to remain invisible.

By limiting the number of surgeries he performs, he ensures that every patient receives his undivided attention and the benefit of his focus.

Two consultations.
Your schedule. Your choice.

Whether you are local or travelling from abroad, there is a path designed for you. Both routes lead to the same depth of care and the same quality of surgical planning.
Ideal for those nearby

Two face-to-face consultations

For those who can attend in person, two dedicated 45-minute appointments allow us the time and space to truly understand your anatomy, your wishes, and to develop a surgical plan we both feel entirely confident in.
First consultation — 45 minutes
We meet, review your photos, discuss your goals, and I share my initial thoughts on your anatomy.

Second consultation — 45 minutes
We refine and finalise your surgical plan. You leave with a bespoke proposal in hand.
For those travelling or based abroad

Zoom consultation + face-to-face

Distance is no barrier to a thorough consultation. A video call first allows us to begin our dialogue, review your questions, and establish a relationship — so that your single in-person visit can be fully focused on surgical planning.
Video consultation — 45 minutes
We meet virtually. I review your submitted photos, we discuss your goals, and I address your questions directly.

In-person consultation — 45 minutes
A focused visit to finalise your surgical plan in person, where I can fully assess your anatomy and present your proposal.

How it works

Six steps — from your first enquiry to your final review. You will know exactly what to expect at every stage.
01

Enquiry Form

Your journey begins with our online inquiry form, where you will share your goals, medical history, and photographs. We will then contact you to arrange your consultation with Greg.
02

Virtual Consultation

After reviewing your goals, medical history, and anatomy, Greg will hold a virtual consultation with you. He considers facelift surgery a deeply intimate process — one that requires you to share the details of your appearance that led you to consider it. Beginning this conversation virtually allows you to remain in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
03

Face-to-Face Consultation

Facelift surgery is built on a thorough understanding of your face. This is why Greg insists on a minimum of two consultations. You are welcome to bring your partner or a close friend to this appointment. Following your second consultation, you will receive your tailored surgical plan and your individual proposal.
04

Pre-Operative Preparation

Once your procedure is confirmed, a member of our team will help make your visit to London as seamless as possible — from arranging the right accommodation to coordinating your medical clearance.
05

Your London Stay

A typical two-week stay. Every patient's journey is different, but this offers a clear sense of what to plan for — your personalised schedule will be built together during consultation. For smaller procedures the recommended recovery timeline is shorter, and you may return home after approximately one week.
06

Virtual Milestone Reviews

Once you return home, your care continues through virtual consultations. Milestone reviews are scheduled at six weeks, three, six, and twelve months, with an annual in-person review in London recommended and always welcomed. Beyond these appointments, our team remains available to you at any time.

A typical two-week stay

Every patient's journey is different, but this offers a clear sense of what to plan for — your personalised schedule will be built together during consultation.
Day −2

Arrival

Arrive in London and settle in. A welcome letter with all logistical details will be waiting for you at your accommodation. We recommend arriving well-rested and hydrated. Travel day — no alcohol from 7 days prior.
Day −1

Pre-Operative Consultation

You meet Greg in person for a final discussion of your surgical plan and pre-operative photographs. Any remaining questions are answered, and you will feel completely prepared and reassured for the following morning. Clinic visit, approximately one hour — rest afterwards.
Day 0

Your Procedure

Arrive in London and settle in. A welcome letter with all logistical details will be waiting for you at your accommodation. We recommend arriving well-rested and hydrated. Travel day — no alcohol from 7 days prior.
Days 1–3

Early Recovery

You will be seen the following morning as well as after 48 hours for your dressing checks. Swelling and bruising peak after 48 hours — entirely normal and expected. Rest, hydration, cooling of the face and neck, and elevated sleeping are your priorities. You will receive a detailed recovery timeline and an aftercare kit to support you through this stage.
Days 5–10

Progressing

Your first sutures are typically removed around day seven, and bruising begins to fade. By day ten, most patients are comfortable taking gentle walks outdoors — the quiet streets of Marylebone and Regent's Park are ideal for calm recovery strolls. Sun protection essential.
Days 12–14

Final Review & Departure

Your final sutures are removed around day fourteen. A formal pre-departure appointment confirms your healing is progressing well and that you are medically cleared to fly. You leave London feeling confident, supported, and ready for the next stage of your recovery at home. You will not depart until both you and Greg are satisfied with your progress. Healing varies from person to person, and in some cases your stay may need to be extended.
Practical Details

Everything you need to know

Getting to London
London is served by four international airports and a train station directly connected to Europe.
  • Heathrow (LHR) — best for direct long-haul connections, quickest connection to London
  • Gatwick (LGW) — well-connected to Europe
  • Stansted (STD) — mainly flights to Europe
  • London City (LCY) — closest to central London, limited routes
  • Eurostar — direct train connecting London with Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam
We are a 10-15-minute taxi ride from Paddington station or St. Pancreas train station. All out of town airports have designated express trains to the city.
Flying After Surgery
We do not permit patients to fly before receiving medical clearance. As a guide:
  • Short-haul flights (under 3 hours) — typically cleared at Day 7-10
  • Medium-haul (3–5 hours) — typically cleared at Day 12–14
  • Long-haul (over 5 hours) — assessed individually; generally 2–3 weeks
We provide a formal medical travel letter for airline and insurance purposes if required.
Companion & Caregiver
We require all surgical patients to be accompanied by a trusted companion for at least the first three ays following surgery. Your companion should be:
  • Present for your discharge from hospital
  • Available overnight for nights one and two
  • Calm, supportive, and a source of reassurance
  • Aware of the emergency contact protocol we provide
Pre-Op Tests at Home
To avoid the need for a second pre-surgical trip, all pre-operative testing can be carried out with your own physician at home. We provide:
  • A detailed pre-operative testing specification document wherever required
  • Blood panel requirements and acceptable lab formats
  • Anaesthetic clearance questionnaire
Medical Travel Insurance
We recommend a specialist medical travel insurance that covers elective surgical procedures.
Standard travel insurance typically excludes these. Key points:
  • Arrange insurance before confirming your procedure date
  • Ensure it covers extended stays and complications
  • We can provide documentation to support your insurance application
  • We do not work with insurance billing directly
